Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping costs

I’m very happy to offer free shipping for all orders in the United States!

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the UPS website.

International shipping

Currently, I don’t offer international shipping directly. However, if you’re located outside the United States, please reach out to me via the Contact form at the bottom of my website. I’d be happy to discuss arranging international shipping for you!

Refunds

I want to ensure your experience is excellent, so here’s a bit about my refund policy. Each piece is packaged with care, and I hope you love it. That said, if your piece (the artwork and/or the frame) arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days of delivery. Send me a note via the Contact form linked at the bottom of my website, including a photo of the damage. I will happily send you a replacement at no charge.

Exchanges and Returns

I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your piece. I genuinely want you to love your artwork, so if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out. We can assess the situation and see if a replacement makes sense.

Lost Packages

I know how disappointing it is when a package doesn’t arrive as expected. If your order has not arrived in 6 weeks time and you believe it may be lost, please get in touch with me via the Contact form linked at the bottom of my website. I’ll check the tracking information to see if there are any updates. If the package is confirmed lost, I’ll gladly arrange a replacement piece for you.

That said, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, so it’s a good idea to check with neighbors or your local delivery service.
